Kebabs are an ideal starter on any Indian menu. If a kebab is skewered and grilled it becomes a perfect Shish Kebab. If you prefer to pan fry or cook this on a griddle you can produce excellent Chapali Kebabs. By adding potatoes this transforms into an irresistable Shammi Kebab.

Each Kebab Mix comes with a Spicy Garlic Dip mix which creates an ideal accompaniment.

Each Box Contains enough Kebab Spice and Dip Mix Spice to 30-40 Kebabs.

To make 15-20 kebabs
What additional ingredients are required?
1. 450 grams (1 lb) of minced lamb
2. One medium onion
3. Four green chillies

Step 3. Add the blended onion and chillies to the mince. Also add 1 sachet of 'Kebab Spice' and mix well.Step 3. Add the blended onion and chilies and 1 table spoon of flour to the mince. Step 4. Using a jam jar lid make the kebabs and place them on a hot griddle. Drizzle with a little olive oil.Step 4. Add 2 medium sized potatoes which have been grated and  squeezed to remove excess water and mix well.Step 4. Roll the mince into sausage shapes and skewer to make Shish Kebabs. Place onto a hot griddle and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 5. Cook equally on both sides, until the kebab is cooked. This can vary depending how rare you prefer your Lamb.
